Ryan actively  invests in the Bay Area and Salt Lake real estate markets. He has  worked on rehabs/flips, entitlements, development of commercial and  mixed-use projects as well as traditional multifamily. Ryan graduated  summa cum laude from the University of California, Berkeley with a  Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Certificate in  Entrepreneurship and Technology. He then continued his studies at the  University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom where he studied  International Real Estate Markets and Finance, and received his Master’s  degree.
Since  University, Ryan has worked in commercial real estate, initially at  Oracle, then private equity in San Francisco and finally at Visa where  he managed a $300M+ annual Budget and advised on $100M+ of Capital  Projects.
Today,  Ryan owns and manages a real estate brokerage focused in the Bay Area,  with offices across the state. He also is a licensed broker in the state  of Utah. Ryan enjoys structuring creative win-win deals and purchasing  properties with “potential” that create more opportunities.

 Josh Landis Josh Landis graduated from UC Davis with a Bachelor of Arts in  Communication and earned a Master of Science in Leadership and  Management from the University of La Verne.  Throughout his 10 years in  various executive management roles, he successfully created and reached  new goals for clients and employees.

Josh  is the primary person who works directly with sellers to help them  throughout the selling process. He is always willing to talk and learn  more about your situation to find a collaborative approach to helping  you sell.
